David, my brother-in-law, called for me at 9am and
we met John, a golfing friend, for a game of golf.
The weather was glorious although I did get tired
on the way round. Having trouble with my bowels
again and was caught short on the way round the
golf course. It did give everyone a laugh though.
It does help when people can see the funny side,
past your illness.
I have a headache tonight as I forgot to wear a
hat (I have very short hair and its receding). I
am going through a divorce as well at the moment
(which is also a big strain and getting me down)
and my ex fell out with me today on the phone. I
think maybe she could be a bit more understanding.
However, that’s another story and may include
it at a later stage.
My sister, Louise, is calling round tomorrow for
my appointment with Mr Bem. I am dreading this as
it may be more bad news (isn’t it time I got
some good news, PLEASE?) but whatever it is, I’ll
deal with it as we all do.
