Sat in the chair all day as I can’t move without
a lot of pain from my back. I have not mentioned
this before, but I had an Epstein Bar Virus infection
several years ago which has left me with no reflexes
in my legs and a lack of feeling on the soles of
my feet. I always have had problems with balance
due to this. If I close my eyes I fall over. I need
to use both my arms to keep my balance whilst washing
in the shower, walking, etc. Now with my right shoulder
not being 100% flexible, I am having problems. I
could not sleep in bed due to the pain in my back
so had to kneel on the living room floor and lay
with my chest on my chair. (not very comfy but allowed
me to get some sleep). I seem to be getting hallucinations
possibly due to new tablets, so I did not take them.
