Monday 27th September 2004
Went into Pendleside Hospice today for a week. This
hospice is a lovely place as is all the staff. I
had carrot and lentil soup, mashed potatoes as well
as sponge pudding and custard for lunch. For my
tea, I had mushroom soup made with double cream,
fish and mash followed by a yogurt. The staff here
are very nice and kind. The food is out of this
world, you can have anything you like and if they
don't have it in, they will get it.
