Again another night like last night, my back doesn’t
seem to be getting any better. I went to St Luke’s
Hospital to see Dr Joshi about my teeth. My back
felt a little better with the movement, also possibly
with the extra exercise and painkillers I took.
Dr Joshi checked my teeth, all seemed ok, and showed
me how to keep them clean. He gave me two types
of mouthwash one of which (Fluorigard) I should
use four time a day after brushing. The second (Chlorohex)
I should use twice a day once mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
He also gave some Gel-Kam fluoride gel that I should
use at bedtime. I then went to see the hygienist
who cleaned and polished my teeth.
