1. MUM-OF-TWO CLOCKS UP THE MILES FOR MOUTH CANCER
Many mothers of young children find that there just aren’t enough hours in the day to get everything done, and the thought of running up to 42 miles a week wouldn’t enter into their heads. Not so for Sidmouth’s Kate Stamp. A mother of two, she is running the Flora London Marathon on 23rd April 2006 in aid of the Mouth Cancer Foundation, and is undertaking a gruelling training schedule in preparation. A major part of this preparation will be running “The Grizzly” on Sunday 12th March in Seaton. This is a multi-terrain race (which roughly translates as mud, bogs, hills and beach) of about 20 miles, which is billed by some as one of the toughest in Europe.

2. RECIPE BOOK
The Cheese Sandwich and other recipes
A recipe book in Paul’s memory, with an international flavour to reflect his love of travelling and the international presence in the Bristol office. A fun read, with interesting anecdotes (and some ‘interesting’ recipes)! There are over 90 recipes from 26 countries, many of them donated by friends and colleagues. It’ll be available in a spiral bound A5 format for £5 or in an electronic version for £3. Profits for the MCF are £3 per copy.

3. SIGNED CRICKET BAT
One of Paul's ex-colleagues uses the gym at Gloucester County Cricket Club. Last Friday when she was in there, the team was training, so she took the opportunity to ask for something to sell to raise money. They suggested a signed cricket bat, signed by the team that are in the area at the moment (lots are out of the country, training etc) and we went this morning to collect it. This signed cricket bat will be auctioned on ebay soon, watch this space!
4. SIGNED SIR BOBBY ROBSON BOOK
Kez recently attended a book signing by Sir Bobby Robson (mouth cancer survivor) and his book will be auctioned on ebay soon, watch this space!
